The amazing Cornelius Cole III died yesterday. He will be missed and loved by many. This man is forever in my heart and his spirit will always live in me. I am sad that I didn't see you recently but I hope you know how much joy you have brought into my life and how much respect I have for you. I love you so much, Corny. Oh, and thanks for putting the drawing I did of you up in your office....that made me proud and thankful. :) Say hi to Mike for me, I know you two are gonna get crazy together wherever you are... Good luck and safe travels on your journey. I love, love, love you.

Cyprus at 8 days old. No more assisted breathing, belly button tubes, jaundice lights and he can sleep on his belly but most importantly this was the first time Mom and Dad could hold him. Just holding your child for the first time makes being a parent that much more real.

He came 10 weeks early, 4 weeks underdeveloped in an emergency C-Section. Erin is doing great, Cyprus is doing great as can be expected and is slowly growing and taking in nutrients through his belly button tubes. He is shockingly tinier in person than these photos show and incredibly beautiful. He looks a lot like Devon and I when we were babes.

He was born Friday, the day I left for Mexico and I had no idea anything happened until Monday morning a few hours before my flight home. These photos are from Tuesday 6/21 at 4 days old.

BODYTRAFFIC spent last week performing in West Palm Beach. It was a great tour, well received piece and presenters invited us to perform future shows in W.P.B and Miami. The weather was perfect, water was warm, adventures fun, and the dancers...amazing people.

This garden has 120 plant varieties and 50,000 plants.

This rooftop garden is atop St. Luke's International Hospital, Tokyo. Used for it's therapeutic benefits to the hospital patients this garden is simply wonderful.

My parents are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary today. I told them how proud I am and they thought that to be amusing considering they have many friends who are still together. Purveyor of Exotic Grilled Sausages

I found this place and can't wait to try it. The sausages look ridiculous. First visit I plan on trying the Chicken Apple and Spices, Klein (double dipped Belgian fries) with white truffle oil glaze. Then I'll move to Buffalo, Beef and Pork or a Kielbasa. When I'm feeling adventurous, the Rattlesnake and Rabbit with Jalapeno Peppers... Bunny eats bunny. Their beer menu ain't half bad either.

Mama's birthday adventure walk downtown LA

My parents, in their unending support came to see me perform for Rande dorn as a part of the A.W.A.R.D Show at REDCAT. They stayed the night and we spent the next day celebrating my mom's birthday with a crazy delicious breakfast at Square One, walking tour through Chinatown, Olvera Street, and Little Tokyo finishing with lunch at Masa and cupcakes from Delilah Bakery. Red velvet, chocolate with buttercream frosting, smore's, and German chocolate.

Square One's southern influenced cooking had my mom crazy happy. I had poached eggs, portabello mushroom, frisee & feta on a tuscan roll with hollandaise sauce served with grits. It was really good.
